This shop accepts all major credit cards, Etsy gift certificates, and Paypal. Please understand that I cannot accept order cancellations after your order has been shipped.


All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Shipping time is typically 2-5 days. Please note that shipping time does NOT include processing time. So, if your order has a processing time of 1-2 days you can expect to receive your item in 3-7 days.

Shipping upgrades are available for domestic orders and can be added at checkout. If you need your item by a certain date you MUST contact me before placing your order. I cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date if you do not contact me prior to placing your order.

A note on combined shipping :: I DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR SHIPPING OVERAGES when you place multiple orders during a release! Because of how quickly my items sell out (wow!), it has become a trend that rather than multiple items being purchased in one order they are being purchased separately. Because of my commitment to conserving resources I will *ALWAYS* combine shipping. However, with the volume of orders I receive this is an incredibly time consuming process! So please understand that the shipping overages are being used to compensate me for my time. If you wish to pay less for shipping please place just one order. Thank you so much!

International Orders: Baba Cool ships worldwide. Shipping times for international orders can vary. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees and/or additional taxes that may be incurred. UK Buyers: Please be aware that orders over $20 may be subject to VAT (value added tax).

All items are final sale. I provide detailed descriptions and photos of all of my items, and I do my best to provide pictures of the items being worn whenever possible. But if you feel my item description was not accurate or if you are unhappy with your item(s) for any reason, please contact me directly. CARING FOR YOUR BABA COOL :: Please treat your glasses like the delicate little works of art that they are! I include a fabric storage pouch with every pair of sunglasses purchased. Always store your glasses in a protective pouch when not being worn. Mirrored lenses are especially susceptible to scratching and smudging. Use a microfiber cloth to clean your lenses. I know it is tempting and so convenient to use your shirt, but this can cause micro-scratching of the lenses!

Remember, these items are plastic and will be on our earth for a long time. Let’s keep them rocking out on your face, not in a landfill. I am passionate about creating a quality item that I can stand behind. If something should break or a decoration should pop off, please contact me! I am always happy to help and will send replacement decorations or repair your item myself. I also love to salvage any materials that I can reuse if the glasses are not repairable. Do you make custom sunglasses?

I take very limited custom orders. If you do not see a listing for "Custom Glasses" available for purchase in my shop, it means I'm not accepting new custom order requests.

Can you rush my order?

No. Processing time is listed in the item description, and that does not include shipping time. There is an option to upgrade to USPS Priority 2-3 Day Mail at checkout, which will speed up delivery by a day or two. If you need your item by a certain date please message me in advance to see if it is a possibility.

My glasses broke! Can they be fixed?

A lot of times, yes! And I'm happy to fix them myself and cover shipping. But each case is different. Please contact me if something should break, and I will do everything I can to help bring your shades back to life!
