This shop accepts all major credit cards, Etsy gift certificates, and Paypal. Please understand that I cannot accept order cancellations after your order has been shipped.


All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Shipping time is typically 2-5 days. Please note that shipping time does NOT include processing time. So, if your order has a processing time of 1-2 days you can expect to receive your item in 3-7 days.

Shipping upgrades are available for domestic orders and can be added at checkout. If you need your item by a certain date you MUST contact me before placing your order. I cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date if you do not contact me prior to placing your order.

International Orders: Baba Cool ships worldwide. Shipping times for international orders can vary. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees and/or additional taxes that may be incurred. UK Buyers: Please be aware that orders over $20 may be subject to VAT (value added tax).

Returns & Exchanges

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

I WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY! Returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. I do my best to provide accurate and detailed descriptions of all of my items, so please understand that I cannot accept returns/exchanges when it's due to anything that I have described in the item listing.

In the case of lost, damaged, or defective goods, please contact me right away! I am so happy to help, whether it means replacing your item or offering a refund. :)

Do you make custom sunglasses?

I take very limited custom orders. If you do not see a listing for "Custom Glasses" available for purchase in my shop, it means I'm not accepting new custom order requests.

Can you rush my order?

My simple answer is: no, not really. Processing time is listed in the item description, and that does not include shipping time. There is an option to upgrade to USPS Priority 2-3 Day Mail at checkout, which will speed up delivery by a day or two. If you need your item by a certain date please message me in advance to see if it is a possibility.
